It is handmade bell often used in beginning and ending of meditation , yoga practices and sound healing sessions to clam senses , awaken or clear negative energies.  These tingsha bell when stuck together gives prolonged, clear and pleasant tone. They have been used in various spiritual and healing practices, particularly in Tibetan Buddhism.
