What is minimum order quantity per order?
You are required to have order of minimum 50 kg (combination of any type, size, cost) for the wholesale price from us.
Can we have information session of the products before order?
If you have any inquiries regarding the products we will provide information session as well. An appointment needs to be fixed for the session. Time schedule for the information session is between 11:00 AM to 4:00. We can have live session to show our products to you before finalize.
What are shipping details?
- There is no free shipping for wholesale orders.
- Wholesale orders are not eligible for any coupons or special offers.
- Replacement of damaged items.
-Orders below 200 kgs. Will be shipped via air express.
- Orders over 200 kgs. Will be shipped via Air Cargo to your nearest airport.
How do I pay on wholesale orders?
100% advance payment is required to process for wholesale orders. Payments have to be made through direct bank transfer. We will provide us details through email.
