    Group Sound Bath Meditation

Sound bath meditation, also known simply as a sound bath or sound healing session, is a holistic wellness practice that uses sound to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate inner peace and harmony within. It is often used as a form of meditation and mindfulness practice.

During a sound bath, participants lie down or sit comfortably while our facilitator begins with affirmations and plays various instruments that produce soothing and resonant sounds. These instruments include singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other percussion instruments. The participants close their eyes, focus on their breath, and let the sounds wash over them. The goal is to achieve a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness, similar to the benefits of traditional meditation.

In sound bath meditation, the vibrations and frequencies produced by these instruments can have a therapeutic effect on the mind and body. Proponents believe that the vibrations can help balance and align the body's energy centers (chakras), promote a sense of well-being, reduce anxiety and stress, and even alleviate physical discomfort or pain.

Later, we conclude the session with chakra healing mantras, so that the participants feel the complete sense of holistic healing.
